15th Annual University of Minnesota’s Nordic Undergraduate Mock Trial Battle (UMNUMB) Tournament
October 7-9, 2022 | Minneapolis, MN
The University of Minnesota – Twin Cities’ Undergraduate Mock Trial Association is pleased to announce our 15th Annual UMNUMB (University of Minnesota’s Nordic Undergraduate Mock Trial Battle) tournament hosted on our West Bank campus, just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, from October 7th to October 9th, 2022. This tournament’s format is a 1 – 2 – 1, with a round on Friday evening, two rounds on Saturday (10/8), and one round on Sunday morning! UMNUMB has historically been a fun and competitive early season tournament, hosting schools from around the country, and focused on allowing experienced mockers to test their talents, and new mockers to get their feet wet. Registration fee is $275 for the first team and $250 for subsequent teams. We offer a $25 discount for bringing two judges. Golden Dome Invitational
October 8-9, 2022 | Notre Dame, IN
The University of Notre Dame is proud to announce that we will be hosting the first annual Golden Dome Invitational this fall! GDI will be held in-person on October 8-9 in Notre Dame, Indiana. The tournament will be a 2-2 format with 2 rounds on Saturday and 2 rounds on Sunday. The registration fee is $250 per team, with a $10 discount for each round you provide a judge, up to $40. Arch Invitational Tournament
October 15-16, 2022 | St. Louis, MO
Washington University in St. Louis is excited to announce that we will be hosting our annual Arch Invitational tournament again this fall! The tournament will be held October 15-16 on WashU’s beautiful campus and will consist of two rounds on Saturday and two rounds on Sunday. Arch is a great opportunity to participate in four excellent rounds of competition and get an early start on the season! Calkins Invitational
October 21 - 23 | Des Moines, IA
Drake University is excited to announce the 11th Annual Calkins Invitational. The tournament will be held in person on October 21 - 23. The tournament will consist of one round Friday, two rounds Saturday, and one round Sunday. Registration is $175 per team. We ask that each program provide a judge. 1st Binghamton Bearcat Invitational

Binghamton Mock Trial is excited to be hosting its first Binghamton Bearcat Invitational! The tournament will be held in-person on October 22-23 at Binghamton University. 1st Annual Tupper Classic Invitational Tournament

Bryant University is excited to be hosting the first (and hopefully annual) Tupper Classic at our campus in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The tournament will be a 2-2 format on October 22nd and 23rd. Our registration fee is $250 for the first team, and $200 for any additional teams from the same school. Davidson Fall Invitational

Davidson College Mock Trial is ecstatic to announce the first annual Davidson Fall Invitational, which will be held October 22-23, 2022. This two-day, four-round tournament will be held on our picturesque campus located just 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte. The registration fee is $150, with a $25 discount for teams who can provide an experienced judge for all four rounds. The Huskie Cup

Northern Illinois University is pleased to announce the third almost-but-not quite-annual Huskie Cup. This year, the Huskie Cup will be held at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL on October 22-23, 2022, with 2 rounds on Saturday and 2 rounds on Sunday. Fourteenth Annual Wildcat Mock Trial Invitational

The University of New Hampshire is proud to announce its intention to host the 14th Annual Wildcat Mock Trial Invitational Tournament. The tournament will be held in-person on October 29-30, 2022, at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. The tournament will consist of 2 rounds on Saturday and 2 rounds on Sunday. 12th Annual Owl Classic Invitational

Mock Trial at Kennesaw State University is pleased to announce the 12th Annual Owl Classic Invitational, to be held on Sat. Oct. 29 at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, located in downtown Atlanta. The Owl Classic is a one-day, two-round tournament. The registration fee is $100 per team (due Oct. 3), and each competing team is required to bring someone (an attorney, law student, mock trial alum, or coach) who can judge at least one round. We are keeping this event fairly small (no more than 16 teams), so participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us if you are interested in sending a team(s) to compete.
Bluejay Tournament

Creighton University is pleased to announce the Bluejay Tournament. This year, Bluejay will be held at Creighton University in Omaha, NE on November 5th, and 6th. It is a standard 2-day, 4 round tournament with 2 rounds on Saturday and 2 rounds on Sunday. There is a registration fee of $125 per team for those that bring three or more teams, and $150 per team for those that bring 1-2 teams. St. Bonaventure University is pleased to announce the 11th Annual Friar Faceoff Invitational to be held Nov. 5-6, 2022. This two-day, four-round tournament will be held on our beautiful campus nestled in the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York. Quaker Classic Tournament

Description: The University of Pennsylvania is pleased to bring the Quaker Classic Tournament back to Penn's beautiful Philadelphia campus this fall! This year’s Quaker Classic will take place on November 5th & 6th. Per tradition, the tournament will consist of four rounds; the first two will occur on Saturday and the final two on Sunday. An awards ceremony will follow the final round. The registration fee this year is $225 per team, and a 5% discount will be awarded to any team that can bring at least one judge. 17th Annual Justice Louis D. Brandeis Invitational Tournament

The Mock Trial Team at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis is pleased to announce that our Fifth Annual Mock Hundred Invitational will be held in person at the newly opened Marion County Community Justice Campus. Participants will be able to compete in actual courtrooms. We currently have the maximum number of spots reserved for this competition, but we will have a waitlist for all teams that are interested. 4th Annual Kangaroo Brawl

The Austin College Advocacy Program is excited to announce the 4th Annual Kangaroo Brawl, it will be held on November 19-20, 2022. The tournament will take place in actual courtrooms located in Sherman, Texas. Team Awards will be given for the top five finishers, plus Individual Awards for the top advocates and witnesses. The tournament will follow AMTA rules and will include two rounds on Saturday and two rounds on Sunday followed by a short awards ceremony. Registration will be $250.00 for one team or $400.00 for two teams. The field is limited to 16 teams. Fourth Annual Sundown Showdown

Sun Devil Mock Trial is excited to host our Fourth Annual Sundown Showdown! This year's edition will be held in the Maricopa County Superior Courthouse on November 19-20. In addition to our regular judges, we are also offering juries for every round to give competitors experience arguing in front of lay people. The schedule will be two rounds on each day. 4th Annual Capital Region Clash Invitational

UAlbany Mock Trial is pleased to announce its Fourth annual Capital Region Clash Invitational. The tournament will be held November 19-20, 2022, in Albany, NY, on the stunning UAlbany campus. The tournament promises to be a well-organized, exciting, and competitive event. Teams will be competing in two rounds on Saturday, November 19, and in two rounds on Sunday, November 20, concluding with an awards ceremony on Sunday. Due to the pandemic, there is a twelve-team limit. The registration fee is $175 for the first team and $150 for the second team (space permitting). Judges will include experienced judges, attorneys, and law school students with former AMTA experience. The Dr. Donald P. Racheter Invitational Tournament

The Central College Mock Trial team will be hosting a four-round (1-2-1) invitational tournament the weekend of December 2-4, 2022. The registration fee will be $150 per team. Teams providing a scoring judge for the duration of the tournament will receive a discounted registration fee of $100. The registration fee includes the AMTA case licensing fee. Howdy! Texas A&M Mock Trial is hosting our 3rd Annual Aggie Invitational at the A&M Law School in Fort Worth. It will be a 1-2-1 tournament, with one round on Friday, two rounds on Saturday, and one round on Sunday. The tournament will be judged by attorneys, former AMTA competitors, law professors, and judges. Registration will be $175/team. Twelfth Annual Hilltop Invitational Tournament

Georgetown Mock Trial is pleased to be hosting the twelfth annual Hilltop Invitational Tournament (HIT XII) this January at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C! In past years, our tournament hosted many teams from nearly all major regions of the United States, including from the West Coast, the South, the Midwest, the Northeast, and the Mid- Atlantic. These teams have been among the most competitive in the country, and we hope to make this tournament a great way for teams to polish their cases before regional tournaments kick off in the spring. The tournament will consist of two rounds each on Saturday, January 28, and Sunday, January 29. The registration fee is $275 per team. The University of Nebraska – Lincoln Undergraduate Mock Trial Organization is happy to announce that we will be holding our Fifth Annual Scarlet and Cream Invitational this year on January 28-29, 2023. We are glad to be hosting teams fully in-person again this spring! The format of the tournament will be a standard four rounds with 2 rounds held on Saturday and 2 rounds held on Sunday. While remaining in accordance with AMTA and University of Portland COVID guidelines, we will be hosting our tournament in-person on January 28 and 29, 2023 at our beautiful Portland campus. It will follow a standard 2-2 trial format with openings taking place on Saturday morning and closings promptly Sunday evening.
