Oct. 27, 2020 - The AMTA Civil Case Committee has released an update to a single document contained in the current case packet - the battery pre-trial order. Specifically, the change is intended to resolve confusion regarding admissibility of specific types of evidence during a battery trial. The revised battery pre-trial order is now available on the AMTA website, along with an updated full case file. Again, this is the only change to the case materials at this time, and AMTA does not anticipate making any further changes until the end of the Fall invitational season.
