Petrillo v. Martini and Peony - December Case Changes
Dec. 13, 2020 - The Civil Case Committee has released case changes, as well as a memo about case balance at the fall invitationals. Please note that these changes include a specific update to the Captains' Meeting Form, along with the substantive case documents. The committee does not anticipate releasing any additional substantive case changes before the conclusion of the final regional tournament. If teams notice any suspected errors or issues, please communicate them directly to the Case Committee via email.
