2012-2013 Civil Case Released

2012-2013 Civil Case Released

The 2012-2013 AMTA case problem of Allen v. Neptune Underwater Expeditions has been released on August 13, 2012. AMTA wishes to recognize the Civil Case Committee on their excellent work and ahead of schedule case release. The 2012-2013 case is the first civil case to be written entirely by the AMTA Civil Case Committee.

Following review of the case materials, if any errors, omissions or typos are noted in the case, please report these instances to the AMTA Civil Case Committee. AMTA expects to release an update to the case materials to correct any errors in the initial materials on or before September 10, 2012. An announcement will be made when updated materials are available on the AMTA website.

Case Access Information:

Beginning with the 2012-2013 competition season, each school will have a unique log-on to access all case materials on the AMTA website. This log-on is granted as part of a license to the school to access AMTA case materials. This log-on should not be shared with anyone outside of the respective school to which it is assigned. Violations of AMTA's case access policy (as explained in the AMTA Rulebook) will be tracked, reported and sanctioned as appropriate under AMTA rules.

If your school has completed all registration steps for the 2012-2013 season, you should have received an email from AMTA with instructions for creating your school log-on to access the current year's case. If you created your log-on to access Allen v. Neptune Underwater Expeditions, your primary contact should have received an email on the morning of August 13, 2012 with a link to log-in to the case materials.  As your school completes the registration process, once confirmed, your school will receive an email from AMA with a link to log-in to the case materials.

If you have questions regarding your school's registration status, please contact AMTA via email.
