12/3 Updates & Balance Memo

In preparation for regionals, the Civil Case Committee has released a set of minor case changes and an accompanying change log. The committee thanks those who made suggestions or brought suspected errors to its attention. The committee also has released a memo discussing outcome balance between plaintiff and defense and the rate at which various witnesses were called during the fall.  No further changes are currently planned before regionals.
