Amelia Yeomelakis, Esq.

Amelia is licensed to practice law in the states of Tennessee and New York. She is a public defender at The Legal Aid Society in New York City where she represents New Yorkers in parole revocation proceedings and beginning in 2023 handles criminal cases. Amelia competed for Rhodes College from 2011 to 2015 and coached at her alma mater from 2015 to 2017. She is a candidate to become a member of the Board in 2025.
Amelia has served as an AMTA representative since 2018, chaired the Rookie Rumble in 2022, and has served as a member on the Competition Integrity Committee since 2022. She is the Deputy Chair of the Tournament Administration Committee.
