CRC Issues Post-Regional Guidance Memorandum
Feb. 27, 2019 - The AMTA Competition Response Committee (CRC) has issued a Guidance Memorandum in advance of the 2019 AMTA ORCS competition season. The Guidance Memorandum is intended to provide the AMTA community with clarity on three issues: (i) reasonable inferences; (ii) materiality and egregiousness; and (iii) recusal of CRC members. The CRC will continue to issue memoranda as circumstances warrant, although the CRC will not always issue memoranda as a matter of course.
