CIC opinion requests for 25-26 are now open

Advisory opinion requests for 2025-2026 are now open. The Competition Integrity Committee will accept and review requests throughout the fall, but does not intend to publish opinions until after December case changes unless an issue arises that needs to be addressed immediately. The form for requests will be open until January 9, 2026 at 5pm pacific time. No requests will be considered after that time.
