AMTA to Host Online Tournament Q&A Session
Sept, 14, 2020 - In preparation for the coming online mock trial season, AMTA Tournament Administration Committee Chair, Melissa Watt, along with other relevant AMTA volunteers, will be leading a Q&A session for any prospective online mock trial tournament hosts. The Q&A Session is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern, and it will be held via Zoom.
The online session will be designed to provide guidance to any prospective online college mock trial tournament host based on things AMTA has learned hosting online events this past summer, along with providing an opportunity for the community to have questions answered by AMTA regarding hosting online mock trial tournaments.
To attend this Q&A Session, please complete this form. Only registered individuals will be provided the Zoom information and only registered individuals will be permitted to enter the Zoom. There is no limit to the number of people per school that can attend.
In preparation for the Q&A Session, please be sure to review the previously released AMTA Online Mock Trial Guidance Document. In addition to that document, the AMTA Academics Committee recently released an updated Team Handbook, a compilation of publicly available online mock trial examples, and a Quick Tips for online mock trial document.
