Board Meeting Minutes and Invitational Fee Announcement
Aug 13, 2018 - AMTA's Board of Directors met in Las Vegas, Nevada at UNLV over the weekend of July 20-22, 2018, for the annual Board of Directors meeting. AMTA Raises Invitational Tournament Licensing Fee. The Board of Directors approved a change in the Invitational Tournament Licensing Fee to an amount equal to $6.00 per team per trial for your tournament. (So, for example, a 4-round, 24-team tournament would require payment of $576.00; if that same tournament had a final round, the fee would be $588.00). Payment is due 60 days after receipt of an invoice. The fee increase is effective for invitational tournaments taking place in the fall of 2018. Payment can be made online here.
In light of the Board of Directors meeting, AMTA has also released the 2018-2019 committee assignments, which can be viewed here. In light of the Board Meeting, AMTA will also be releasing a new Rulebook and Judges' PowerPoint for 2018-2019.
