2017 Tournament Locations and Team Power Rankings Announced

Aug. 15, 2016 - AMTA has released the 2017 Team Power Rankings, along with the expected dates and locations for the 2017 competition season Regionals, ORCS and National Championship tournaments.  The tournament dates and locations can be found on the Tournament Locations page, which is also linked to the AMTA Homepage.

Specific school assignments to Regional Tournaments, along with bid assignments from regionals to ORCS will be announced in late November 2016.  Schools are reminded that all tournament locations and dates are subject to change. No school should make any travel plans to any tournament prior to notification from AMTA that the school has been assigned to a specific tournament location. Schools should not assume that they will be assigned to any particular tournament location.  AMTA is not responsible for any fees, charges or other costs associated with teams who do not abide by this warning.  If you have questions or concerns regarding AMTA's tournament locations or structure, please contact the Tournament Administration Committee Chair, William Warihay.

The Team Power Rankings are calculated using the performance of teams at ORCS and the National Championship over the past three seasons. For more information on the Team Power Rankings and their use within AMTA, please review AMTA's Rulebook. The full Team Power Rankings are available on the General Tournament Information page. If you have questions about the Team Power Rankings or you notice any suspected errors, you should direct these questions or concerns to Johnathan Woodward, National Tabulation Director.
