2008 - 2009 AMTA Tabulation Manual Posted 2/3/09 @ 12:11:19 pm The newly revised, 2008-2009 AMTA Tabulation Manual. This manual incorporates the new "high - high pairing", it further has an alternate pairing scheme for the National Championship Tournament, and eliminates "Frank's Rule". It has been updated as of December 2, 2008, to correct two typographical errors. |
