ORCS Case Changes Scheduled

The Criminal Case Committee will issue case changes that will be in effect for the opening round championship series (ORCS) tournaments, which will be held in March. The changes will be released on Sunday, February 23, around 11 PM EST, following the conclusion of the final regional tournament.
