2016-17 Civil Case Preview
Apr. 19, 2016 - Per tradition, the Civil Case Committee has released a preview of the 2017 case problem. Here is the announcement as it was read by Justin Bernstein at the Closing Ceremony of the 2016 National Championship Tournament in Greenville, South Carolina.
The 2016-17 season will feature a civil lawsuit for wrongful termination. The plaintiff is claiming employment discrimination based on a protected class.
AMTA plans to release the 2017 case problem on or before August 15, 2016, to all schools that have registered to compete in 2017. If you have any questions or concerns about the Civil Case, please contact the Civil Case Committee directly.
