Individual Student Registration Required
Pursuant to AMTA Rule 3.5, all students who compete in AMTA-sanctioned tournaments must complete the AMTA Current Competitor Registration Form now available on the AMTA website at the Individual Registration subpage under the AMTA Registration tab. Please direct any questions regarding this policy to AMTA's Development Committee at AMTA.Individual@gmail.com.

Regional Tournament Team Registration Forms
If you have been assigned to a 2012 AMTA Regional Tournament, please use the forms below to register your teams for your specific AMTA Regional Tournament. Each team must register as soon as possible after receiving notice of their regional assignments. Programs with multiple teams must fill out and submit a separate form for each team to each tournament. Please contact William Warihay at AMTA.Individual@gmail.com or your Regional Tournament Host with any questions regarding the team registration process. Regional Tournament Team Roster Forms
If you have been assigned to a 2012 AMTA Regional Tournament, please use the forms below to submit your team roster to AMTA. Pursuant to Rule 3.10, each team must submit their roster 21 days before the start of the sanctioned tournament in which it is participating. Programs with multiple teams must fill out and submit a separate form for each team.
