If you have earned a bid to a 2012 Opening Round Championship Series Tournament, please use the forms below to reserve your bid. Each bid must be reserved no later than Noon CST on the Tuesday after the bid is earned. Programs with multiple bids must fill out and submit a separate form for each bid. If you have earned a bid to a 2012 Opening Round Championship Series Tournament, please use the forms below to submit your team roster to AMTA. Pursuant to Rule 3.10, each team must submit their roster 21 days before the start of the sanctioned tournament in which it is participating. Programs with multiple teams must fill out and submit a separate form for each team.
