Adam Detsky, Esq.
Adam is a civil defense attorney practicing in the State of New York. He handles matters involving products liability, premises security, premises liability and labor law. In addition to practicing in both state and federal trial courts, Adam has argued before multiple appellate courts. He is a past and/or current member of several associations including the New York Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the ACLU, amongst others.

After competing at the National Championship as a member of the University of Maryland mock trial team, Adam attended Syracuse Law School, where he earned his J.D. and co-founded the first mock trial team at Syracuse to compete in AMTA. After graduating from Syracuse, Adam co-founded the mock trial program at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.

Since being elected to the Board of Directors, Adam has served as Secretary, Development Director, Chair of the subcommittee that assigns teams to their regional and national tournaments, trophy coordinator and insurance coordinator. Adam has also served as host of the ORC tournament in White Plains, New York at Pace Law School.

Adam is also active with numerous charities, most notably the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team-In-Training, which helps people train for half-marathons and marathons while fundraising for the organization. With Team-In-Training, Adam has run two marathons and four half-marathons and has helped train people new to running to compete in these events.
