State v. DJ Davis - Final Case Changes and CIC Opinions
Apr. 8, 2024 - The AMTA National Championship Tournament Case Committee has released an updated version of the State v. DJ Davis case for the upcoming NCT and that the CIC has issued one new advisory opinion. The updated case file is available in the case manager. The only changes released on April 8, 2024 were (1) adding an errata sheet to Bralow addressing two typos and (2) adding special instruction 17. No further changes are anticipated. The new CIC advisory opinion (23-24 CIC Opinion 8) is at the end of the combined CIC Opinions file that is linked on both the Case access page and the Rules and Forms page.
